The absence of a kettle in the room made it difficult to enjoy a hot beverage. multiple requests for one were denied.

The location is spot on, making it easy to hit the slopes and explore local spots. The on-site onsen provides a nice, cozy spot to unwind after a long day outdoors.
The breakfast selection felt a bit limited, lacking authentic Japanese options.

The Happo offered a cozy retreat after our ski days. The room, a Deluxe Twin Room, was brand new and beautifully decorated. Loved how close it was to the Happo lifts, just a short walk away. The on-site onsen was a fantastic way to unwind. Breakfast had some excellent homemade dishes, and the espresso coffee machine was a definite plus. Staff were quick to respond to requests, including bringing hot milk for coffee each morning. However, I noticed limited Japanese options for breakfast, which would’ve been a nice addition. Also, a shuttle service to Iwatake would have made exploring easier, although the lift to the bus terminal was helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
